Generally, the annealed product of steel strip is produced by drawing and annealing the steel strip. This annealed product has been subjected to hydroforming. This hydroforming is a process of expanding a metal sheet or the like using a high pressure fluid. The apparatus for carrying out the hydroforming can be constructed to include a shaping die and a driving apparatus for driving the shaping die at a very high speed.
In order to form a shaped product having a complex shape such as a circular section, a complex shaped die should be used. Further, in order to form a shaped product having a complex shape such as a circular section, a complex shaped die should be used, which is constituted by assembling a plurality of plates. For example, a plurality of plates having the same shape should be combined to form the complex shaped die. The plates are combined using a punch (a hard tool), and each of the plates is fixed to each other by a bolt. A recess formed in each plate can be fitted to another plate, and the recess can be formed in a surface of each plate by a cutting machine such as a laser, a punch and a die or a press machine. The surface of the plate is also formed with a plurality of arc-shaped grooves in order to smoothly guide a fluid when it flows between the plates during the hydroforming.
The plates are combined with each other using the punch, and each of the plates is fixed to each other by the bolt. The bolt, however, is exposed to the fluid. When the bolt is heated by the fluid during the hydroforming process, the bolt may be deformed. Further, when a bolt is used to join the plates, a space is formed between the plates by the bolt. Therefore, it is impossible to completely prevent the heat from being transmitted from the plates to the bolt. I'm in the same situation. I got the DTCRA into my mac and deleted all ipods by opening the Disk Utility. Now the DTCRA is gone. I'm not sure what it is, but one of those must have caused the problem. I've reinstalled everything. Still no good, but at least i am not the only one.
